Get Ready to Travel Smart!

Oregon Institute of Technology:

The City of Wilsonville is excited to welcome OIT students, faculty, and staff in 2012.

For many of you, this will change your commute and we want to help you figure out the best way for you to travel to and from your new campus.  This Discover Wilsonville website has a ton of information about transportation options to help make your trip as easy and efficient as possible.

South Metro Area Regional Transit or SMART - offers free bus service throughout Wilsonville with connections to Portland, Salem and Canby for a fare.  SMART buses also connect with WES commuter rail which runs between Wilsonville and Beaverton with a direct connection to TriMet MAX trains and buses.

If transit does not quite fit your schedule needs, how about sharing a ride in a carpool or vanpool? You can save $ and study with peers on your ride to campus.

Perhaps you are fortunate and live close enough to walk or bike - Wilsonville has many walking and biking maps to help you find the best routes to campus or to enjoy a nature walk during a break from your studies.

Would you like help planning your trip? Please give us a call with any questions at 503-682-7790 and we will figure out how to get your going in the right direction.

Welcome to Wilsonville!
